Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical
Required 4-8 years’ experience in Construction or related field
MEP & Low current system Estimation, including refurbishment, project planning, time & resource calculation & quantity surveying.
Good analytical, research, presentation and financial skills required
Ability to work strategically and operationally
Strong communication skills in English is a must
Review Client specification and understand the requirements.
Preparation of Preliminary Estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration for MEP Contracting, Fit-out projects.
Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site inspections
Prepare Project Risk Analysis report
Conduct negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
Prepare of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
Schedule & monitor the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs.
Prepare of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
Prepare Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments
Higher Secondary School or any Vocational / Short Courses
Required 2-3 years’ experience in related field
Knowledge in industrial cleaning equipment and products.
Perform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills
Manage on a daily basis that all areas of the contracted projects are cleaned to a satisfactory standard and daily cleaning logs (ISO base check list & forms) are completed for each work section
Maintain cleaning staff attendance logs, timesheet & work completion certificates for submission to Dept. coordinators for further action.
Assign cleaning team their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
Prepare monthly or weekly basis official order forms for equipment, uniform and materials for signature by line manager.
With at least 4 years’ experience in Delivery Services or Cloud Kitchen

Generate customer invoices through AX system
Reconcile bank transactions and prepare bank reconciliations on timely basis
Monthly MIS report to be prepared and report to Head Office
Prepare Inventory ageing report and identify slow moving items
Prepare cash statements through AX system
Maintain record of receipts and withdrawals supplies, tools and equipment
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report reimbursements and record keeping
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
2-5 Years Experience in UAE and should be available in UAE
Should have Maintenance / Construction experience
Specialized in maintenance & repairing of Fire Alarm System, Central Battery System, Loop Repairing, Device Repairing, Panel faults repairing, Programming.
