  • Preparation of Preliminary Estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration for MEP Contracting, Fit-out projects.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site inspections
  • Prepare Project Risk Analysis report
  • Conduct negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
  • Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.
  • Prepare of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities
  • Schedule & monitor the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs.
  • Prepare of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures.
  • Prepare Monthly Progressive Billing / Invoicing and follow-up for timely payments

  • Assign cleaning team their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
